Aldinger 2022 Spatburgunder
After the smash success of the 2019 vintage, we completely missed out on the miniscule harvests of the next two years. But how could we resist this noble example, born mostly in the noble crus of Lämmler (a Grosse Lage) and Gips (an Erste Lage)? Plush, dry and salty, this wine delivers a ridiculous quotient of quality for the modest price.

Notes from the Producer: A taste of wood berries, cherry and herbals lends this wine an elegant note. The velvety tanning structure and a discreet wood flavor makes a smooth finish.
